ATS Engineer

Voor onze opdrachtgever uit Roosendaal zijn wij op zoek naar een ATS Engineer (Engineer Technical Solutions).

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop high-quality, well-targeted, competitive and timely custom engineered proposals based on detailed site and application data, knowledge of FSD products, well articulated customer expectations, and established robust design philosophies;
• Conduct routine and non-routine design analysis calculations to support seal design efforts including use of FEA, self-developed computer algorithms, and hand calculations;
• Provide effective support to Sales and our customers in the form of consulting on difficult applications;
• Provide project management on the technical aspects of small-scale product development efforts and custom-engineered seal efforts;
• Perform and document seal failure analysis using the established tools and processes;
• Provide technical support to Sales on difficult field problems, including consulting services, field support, and disciplined root cause analysis, and provide robust solutions. Reports shall be followed up until fully resolved;
• Prepare technical reports of appropriate depth and detail to document seal design and analysis and laboratory and field testing programs.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• 1 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in seal or related industry. Also graduates with outstanding education and limited working experience are requested to reflect;
• Strong background in rotating equipment and mechanical seals is preferred;
• Strong analytical and computer skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to reprioritize daily while still producing deliverables;
• Customer contact experience, especially related to troubleshooting and developing designs to meet customer expectations;
• Inquisitive nature.
